Interests
Swimming:
I have been swimming competitively for the past decade at a British and regional level. I have just completed the 2021 Swim Serpentine. I prepared for this by swimming 4 times per week with other supportive training that included cycling, core work and stretching.
Clubs:
South Downs Trojan Swimming Club (2020-Present)
University of Portsmouth Swimming Club (September 2018-2020)
City of Leicester Swimming Club (2010-2018)

Triathlon:
I greatly enjoy the cross training found in Triathlon as you can train all three disciplines simultaneously.
Competed my first Olympic distance triathlon and finishing 4th out of 70 (Portsmouth Triathlon 2019).
Clubs:
Portsmouth Triathletes Club (2019 - present):

Cycling:
Getting into triathlon has allowed me to discover cycling in greater depths. I enjoy going on rides to explore the countryside and finding great views in Surrey and Hampshire whilst training. I also used cycling as sustainable commuting method to get to swim and track training sessions. This has lead me to delve into the technology and design behind bicycles, equipment and clothing which is why I based my final year project on the development of a sustainable frameset solution at university.
