This project was aimed at improving modelling skills, sketching skills as well as Computer aided design skills using PTC Creo and then rendering using Keyshot.
The design brief was split in two:
• Design different furniture concepts using modelling (paper and card) and sketches.
• Develop different organic furniture concepts using sketches.
Research into furniture: manufacturing and economical materials. Also organic form research was conducted and modelling. The best designs were then modelled in PTC Creo and then rendered in Keyshot. Some of these concepts were rendered in situ to help visualise them in an interior setting.
